![]() This Spicy Tomato Soup Is Sure To Take The Chill Out Of A Winter Day! 2 quarts rich chicken broth2 - 16 ounce cans of stewed tomatoes or fresh tomatoes peeled and seeded, pulsed in food processor until chopped fine. 3 eggs 2 tablespoons potato starch or corn starch ½ cup sharp Cheddar or Parmesan cheese, grated 2 to 3 cloves garlic, peeled 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced ½ teaspoon celery salt ½ teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika scallions, sliced thin Tabasco sauce, salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste In a large pot combine tomatoes and chicken broth, and bring to boil. In a food processor, combine eggs, potato starch, cheese, garlic, jalapeno, celery salt and paprika. Pulse until mixed. Drizzle egg mixture into hot boiling tomato mixture, then lightly stir.
